6. Landlord removes all garbage and recycled garbage every week and removes all snow from the driveway

A Little Bit About The Landlord: Gil White and Brock Alumni
I am an international traveler who has been to over 100 countries. I am the former published author of a budget travel book  called “Europe on 84 Cents a Day’. For 23 years I was a guest speaker at over 500 U.S. and Canadian universities talking about the importance of traveling on a budget while allowing you to learn about other cultures. I also invented a tennis product called Pro Racket Plates.  I represented Canada on 8 international senior tennis teams in the over 40 and over 45 age groups while winning two National titles and I was ranked #8 in the world in the over 40 age group in 1997.

I am available to teach tennis to any interested students on my own private tennis court at 16 Forest Hill Rd. Rate is only $25/hour

My main goal is to make sure you have a worry-free stay. Myself or my assistant Donny are available to help you the same day with any matters that might arise.

Apartment for 1 or 2 people – Rental Period Open for Discussion

A most spectacular ‘open concept’ apartment above an airy large patio area which can be used for parking one car in the winter. The covered patio looks directly onto the tennis court which leads you to the staircase taking you up to the quaint patio landing. From here you overlook the tennis court surrounded by trees  and where the entrance door takes you immediately into the apartment. Once inside you will find an open concept with vaulted ceilings. The area includes the efficient kitchen with a gas stove, a dining table, large sectional couch for TV viewing/satellite. The king size bed overlooks the tennis court through the large window and has a custom made headboard providing extra privacy. From the sleeping area you can walk immediately into the bathroom and enjoy the rain shower with a skylight directly above you and where you will also find the new stacked washer/dryer tucked out of the way.

There are his and hers closets plus an office desk. Another skylight gives natural light over the sectional couch. Enjoy the glow of the natural gas fireplace flanked by stone columns that heats the entire room. There is an AC unit above the large TV that quietly cools the entire room as well. A new BBQ is supplied but you are responsible for replacing the propane. The property is almost maintenance free. You also have a snow blower in order to clean the driveway. The house at the front has student rooms who are quiet and responsible. The $1,025 rental fee includes natural gas, satellite and high speed internet. The gas supplies the gas stove, gas dryer and gas fireplace. You are responsible for the $50 fixed water charge and for paying the electrical bill which has its own hydro meter.

Work references and credit check required and possibly a police check as well. First and last months rent would need to be paid upon signing the lease.  ALL FURNITURE IS SUPPLIED – I cannot remove any of my furniture to accommodate yours. The apartment is decorated immaculately with paintings, numerous travel photos and carvings which are illuminated by many angled ceiling lights.
